For one of my design classes, our professor had someone from the Westerville Chamber come in and give us a project to do, making it a competition for my entire class. The gentleman that came in said they needed a poster for the event they were putting on this summer. He described the event as family fun, food, music, art, kid friendly, etc. I ended up winning the contest with this design. It was placed all over the city of Westerville, including on banners and a T-shirt that I also designed.
Otterbein University recently changed their alcohol policy for students on campus. I was given the project to create a poster, and a magnet to give to students to help them understand the alcohol policy better. I used fun colors and separated the information into easier to read sections.
